Gordon College has been prominently featured in USA Today's special Easter edition published in April 2025. The article, titled "New School Spirit: Christian colleges embrace cultural change as enrollments rise” and written by Hope Hodge Seck, features President Michael Hammond and recognizes Gordon among other Christian colleges for being adaptive and innovative amidst a changing industry while remaining true to the values of integrating faith, community and education.  

The article highlights Gordon’s re-engineering of majors in 2023 and its organization of programs into schools in 2024. The feature also recognizes Gordon's efforts to cultivate a sense of belonging and purpose among its students.
