Take the next step in your career, earning your master’s degree in Leadership. Students that have completed a bachelors degree prior, should apply for the M.A. degree option. Both the Master of Arts in Leadership and the Education Specialist in Leadership students are part of the same cohort and take the same courses.

Take the next step in your career by earning your Educational Specialist degree in Leadership. Those students that have completed a prior master’s degree should apply for the Education Specialist degree option. Both the Master of Arts in Leadership and the Education Specialist in Leadership students are part of the same cohort and take the same courses. The Educational Specialist degree recognizes prior completed graduate work and provides advanced standing for future educational opportunities.

“The unique cohort model, where we have the same classmates for two years, is an unexpected blessing. I now have professional friendships with administrators and teachers in other states who expand my perspectives and support me as their sister in Christ”

“This program dives deeply into the magic of running independent institutions that lead with Christ. After graduating, I quickly pivoted from the classroom and within three years, I moved into the Associate Head of Upper School role at King's Ridge Christian School. Gordon College is an experience I will forever be grateful for.”

“The Graduate Leadership program at Gordon College has thoroughly prepared me to be more effective at amplifying and executing the mission of our school. I am now much more equipped to cast vision for the future of our school, navigate the inevitable challenges of Christian education, and rally stakeholders to go to a place they wouldn't on their own.”
