Gordon College Women's Choir to Perform at The 2006 Interfaith Commemoration of The Holocaust

WENHAM, MA -The Gordon College Women's Choir will join the community in honoring the many innocent people killed in this most tragic of world events. This service is part of an ongoing initiative made by Gordon College and distinguished Old Testament professor Dr. Marvin Wilson to promote dialogue and interaction between the Jewish and Christian faiths.

The commemoration will also include an interfaith memorial service, a survivors' candle-lighting ceremony and a message from keynote speaker, Martha Minow of Harvard University. The title of her lecture is "Lessons and Parallels: Looking Backwards to the Future".
