Event Planning at Gordon
The Events & Scheduling Team delights in hosting intentionally designed, warmly welcoming events on Gordon College's campus. We partner with campus service teams (Metz Catering, Police, etc.) to envision, reserve and host year-round events for Gordon's students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, board members and external guests.
Our team works to:
- Oversee Gordon's events calendar.
- Coordinate use of campus spaces.
- Plan & host signature events (Homecoming, Christmas at Gordon, Commencement).
- Provide logistical support to Gordon-hosted events.
