Be empowered as a transformational leader

Christian schools need leaders equipped to build thriving communities now more than ever. But it can be hard to know where to start your path to leadership.

At Gordon our faculty have been in your shoes. Heads of Schools designed this program to offer current and future administrators an opportunity to study real-world, relevant issues within a professional network. Upon completion of the program, each student will be equipped with the knowledge, skill, and relational wisdom to thrive in whatever leadership role God calls them to.

  1. Cohort Model

Join a small cohort of peer Christian education professionals. Through online courses and in-person residencies, grow alongside each other and remain connected to graduates of the program long after graduation. Navigate the challenges and opportunities of leadership in Christian education together.

  2. Expert Faculty

Learn from instructors who have years of experience in Christian education and are committed to helping you flourish. Be mentored by heads of schools and experts in Christian education who become part of your professional network. Join conversations with guest speakers in all areas of school leadership.

  3. Practical Curriculum

Engage in real-world, real-time, relevant projects that quickly build professional skills that you can apply right away. Earn an M.A., Ed.S., or certificate to have confidence in your next career move.

Become a more confident and competent leader

Learn from leaders who are shaping Christian education today. Our M.A. and Ed.S. programs offer both Classical Christian School and Christian School concentrations, each taught by experienced practitioners in the field. The Classical Christian School concentration is led by veteran Classical Christian educators, while the Christian School concentration also offers a Graduate Leadership Certificate option. Through practical coursework and a collaborative cohort model, you'll develop the leadership skills, professional network, and confidence needed to make a greater impact in your school.
