The Christmas Gala Details

Event Information

Tickets are required for all Gala events and will be available on Saturday, November 1 at 10:00 a.m.

The performance runs approximately 75 minutes. There is no intermission. Our venue seating has been upgraded to individual seats (from pews).

We recommend using Firefox or a Chrome browser for a smoother purchasing experience. We accept MasterCard or Visa on the ticketing site. Your e-tickets will be sent from [email protected].

Wednesday, December 3, 6:00 p.m. (Doors open at 5:30 p.m.)

Parking is available across campus on this date including the A. J. Memorial Chapel parking lot.

December 5 & 6, 7:30 p.m. (Doors open at 6:30 p.m.)

Shuttle buses will circulate between Woodland Parking lot (west on Grapevine Road) and A. J. Memorial Chapel from 6–10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights only. If you or someone in your party has mobility limitations and would benefit from parking close to the venue, please submit this form. We encourage any patron who has mobility concerns to use the front right-hand door which is adjacent to the mobility ramp.
