Bennett Center

The Gordon College Bennett Center is our 78,000-square-foot athletics and recreational sports facility. A gift to the Gordon community from the George and Helen Bennett family, the $8 million dollar center was completed in October 1996 and in 1997 won Athletic Business magazine's Top Ten New Facilities Award for its design and usability.

The Bennett Center is home to:

• Gordon Fighting Scots Athletics 
• Gordon Recreation
• La Vida outdoor education rock gym
• Harmeling Physical Therapy
• Recreation—Intramurals
• A variety of classes and activities

The Bennett Center is available for the use of the students, alumni, faculty and staff of Gordon College and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

FACILITIES

Lower Level:

• A spacious lobby with helpful staff
• 6-lane, 25-yard short-course pool
• Gymnasium with three full courts and seating for 1,500 spectators
• Group exercise room for aerobics classes
• Three racquetball courts
• An indoor rock gym
• Men's and women's locker rooms with saunas
• Concession area

Upper Level:

• Strength stations
• Free-weight areas
• Aerobic equipment
• Elevated indoor jogging track
• Athletic offices
