Entertainment and educational media are ever-growing fields. From traditional media such as theatre, film and television to new media like short form content and podcasts, our world is filled with writing for performance and the spoken word. 

If you love creative writing and discovering new ways to tell new stories, Gordon College's writing for theatrical stage and screen minor will help you apply your skills for and beyond traditional performance venues. Gain experience crafting words on a page and creating for an end goal of embodied performance. Your classes will equip you to thrive—entering the creative world with confidence and the credentials to make an impact.

This minor fosters collaboration across some of Gordon’s strongest programs: Communication Arts, Theatre Arts and English.
