Apply to an Honors or Scholars Program
Incoming Students
Academically strong students are invited to apply for admission into the Gordon Honors Institute Fellowship or one of Gordon’s four-year scholars cohorts. To be considered, students must:
Step 1
Complete your Gordon College application.
Step 2
Submit your Gordon Honors Institute application.
- Priority I deadline: November 1, 2025
- Priority II deadline: December 1, 2025
- Rolling admission as space allows after December 1, 2025
Step 3
Students applying to Gordon Honors Institute Fellowship:
Congratulations, you are done! You will be notified of a decision within two weeks of completing steps 1 and 2.
Students applying to Four-Year Scholars Cohorts:
Students applying to one of Gordon's four-year scholars cohorts must meet a scholars program director. Set up your meeting with a director in one of the following ways:
- Explore Gordon Open House Visit Day (October 13, November 11 or January 26)
- Honors Day (December 5)
- During an individual campus visit
- Zoom call with a program director
Applicants to a four-year scholars cohort will be notified of a decision within two weeks of completing steps 1, 2 and 3.
Current Students
Current Gordon students may apply to honors programs after their first semester. Application details can be found on each program's website.
