Bio
With two decades of experience in Christian education, Dr. Joel Hazard currently serves as the Head of Academic Collaboration and Culture at Fellowship Christian School (FCS) in Roswell, Georgia. In this role, Joel helps coordinate strategic academic initiatives, professional development programming, and accreditation efforts across the school. He also leads FCS’s initiative to cultivate a more diverse and biblically inclusive community, one that truly reflects the body of Christ. Joel is a Boston College alumnus and holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Kennesaw State University.
In addition to his role at FCS, Dr. Hazard is a co-founder of the Christian Educators Diversity Alliance (CEDA), serves on the board of Miles Ahead Charter School in Powder Springs, Georgia, and is a Baylor Catalyst within Baylor University’s Center for School Leadership.
