Courtney Dailey

Courtney Dailey serves as the Director of the Clarendon City Scholars Program at Gordon College, where he leads initiatives that cultivate leadership, faith formation and community engagement. Before joining Gordon, Courtney served with City Year Greater Boston, a national service organization dedicated to educational equity, where he supported student success and school climate initiatives.

His background spans education, ministry, and nonprofit leadership, with a focus on mentoring young adults and building programs that empower individuals to thrive personally and collectively. Courtney’s work is rooted in the belief that thriving happens together through love, faith, and community.

Courtney is particularly passionate about leadership development, restorative community building, and creating spaces where students are equipped to make lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
