Bio
BJ is from Boston, Massachusetts and has held roles at the Boston City Council as Director of Civic Engagement & Chief of Staff, serving both Districts 4 and 6. He has also held positions at the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute and Gordon College as a Presidential Fellow in the Office of Development. BJ brings a passion for community engagement and youth development, which was cultivated at a young age by his parents. He has served in a variety of communities throughout Massachusetts and looks forward to being back at Gordon!
BJ loves the fact that student life gives him the ability to pour into young adults. He says that his life has been so impacted by the mentors he gained in college and is very excited about the opportunity to be that for the students of this generation. Although BJ does not have much free time, when it does come around, he enjoys watching movies and spending time with loved ones.
