Pursuing Justice and Mercy

Overview

Transform justice in your community

Designed for pastors, nonprofit leaders, lay advocates, and ministry professionals, Gordon College’s Pursuing Justice and Mercy certificate explores the intersection of theology and justice.

Rooted in Scripture, theology, and the history of the Christian movement, this certificate helps students explore what the Bible says about justice, mercy, and human flourishing. Students will examine how Christians have responded to injustice in different contexts and consider how we can bear faithful witness in the communities and challenges of our own day.
