Vehicle Registration Form

Vehicle Registration Application

To minimize contact, vehicle registration will be handled online via this form. Please do not come to the Gordon Police office to register, unless you have been specifically instructed to do so.

Once your registration application is submitted, you are free to park on campus, but you must park only in lots/areas authorized for your registration status (see below for a complete explanation). Your parking sticker will be delivered to your campus mailbox, typically within one week (or one week from the start of classes if you are registering prior to the start of the semester).

WHERE YOU MAY PARK:
1. First-year and Sophomore Students may park in the Woodland Parking Lot only.
2. Resident Students (Junior or Senior) may park in lots with no posted restrictions (Hill Lot, Ferrin Lot, Grace Lot, Drew Lot, Woodland Lot). Resident students may NOT park in: Chapel Lot, Olsen Lot, Lower Lot, Plant Lot, BCA Lot, Bennett Lot.
3. Commuter Students may park in lots with no posted restrictions (see #2 above) and in lots specifically posted as available to commuters (check signs at lot entrances). Commuters may NOT park in: Olsen Lot and Bennett Lot.
4. Graduate Students may park in any areas not specifically posted as restricted to faculty, staff or other individuals.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING: Please note that several lots are marked on their entrance sign as "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING." These lots are closed from 2:00am to 6:00am daily, all year. Please see website for details.

A detailed description of parking regulations and restrictions is available on the GO site here:

FAILURE TO FILE SUCH STATEMENT IS PUNISHABLE BY A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $200.”

17. Woodland-Only Option (Juniors and/or Seniors Only): For juniors and seniors who are willing to be restricted to the Woodland Parking lot at all times, a limited number of Woodland-Only parking permits are available at a discounted rate ($154/year). You should not choose this option unless you understand that you will be required to park in the Woodland parking lot at all times. If your vehicle is found parked on the main campus for any length of time, no matter how short, it will be subject to a fine.

If you would like to request a Woodland-Only permit, please indicate below. By requesting the permit, you are affirming that you understand you are restricted to the Woodland lot at all times, and that you will be responsible for all fines incurred for parking on the main campus. We encourage you to carefully consider whether this parking limitation will truly fit your parking needs before requesting this option.

18. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE: By entering your initials below, you affirm that you are responsible to be aware of and abide by all campus and Commonwealth motor vehicle regulations (which are available on the GO site; see link at the top of this page).
