Vehicle Registration Form

Vehicle Registration Application

Welcome to the Gordon College Online Vehicle Registration System!

Please complete the following form to register. It is very important that your PLATE, GORDON USERNAME (first.last), and GORDON ID# are entered accurately.

Once your registration application is submitted, you are free to park on campus, but you must park only in lots/areas authorized for your registration status (see below for a complete explanation). Your parking sticker will be delivered to your campus mailbox, typically within one week (or one week from the start of classes if you are registering prior to the start of the semester).

VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEES:
Since you are registering during the summer, there is no charge. You will be issued a 2021-22 school year sticker, which is valid for the entire summer. If you will be a student during the 2022-23 school year, you will need to register again at the start of the fall semester.

WHERE YOU MAY PARK:
During the summer, you may park in any space not specifically marked as reserved (e.g. handicap spaces, etc). However, please note the following: 1. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING: Please note that several lots are marked on their entrance sign as "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING." These lots are closed from 2:00am to 6:00am daily, all year.
2. LEAVING YOUR CAR WHILE AWAY FROM CAMPUS: : If you will be away from campus for 24 hours or more while leaving your car here, your car MUST BE PARKED IN THE WOODLAND LOT. .

A detailed description of parking regulations and restrictions is available on the GO site here:

17. Woodland-Only Option (Juniors and/or Seniors Only): For juniors and seniors who are willing to be restricted to the Woodland Parking lot at all times, a limited number of Woodland-Only parking permits are available at a discounted rate (a discount of $100 off of the annual registration fee, or $50 off of the semester fee). By requesting the permit, you are affirming that you understand you are restricted to the Woodland lot at all times, and that you will be responsible for all fines incurred for parking on the main campus. We encourage you to carefully consider whether this parking limitation will truly fit your parking needs before requesting this option.
