What brought you to Gordon?
God’s providence. I applied to colleges across the country after completing my Master’s degree and although I submitted an application to Gordon, I did not initially think it was a serious option. However, after coming to campus to interview, I realized the opportunity to serve with this amazing staff was exactly where God was leading me.

What is your favorite part about working in Residence Life?
I love the opportunity to mentor students who are seriously committed to growing as leaders and as followers of Christ. It is a privilege to come alongside and speak into their lives in a way that will equip them to serve their neighbor well.

What is your favorite thing about Gordon?
The beautiful campus, welcoming community, and perfect location: close to Boston with all its restaurants and adventures, and so many gorgeous beaches, AND the mountains of New Hampshire.

What do you enjoy doing during your free time?
I love to get outside and enjoy backpacking, hiking, photography, soccer, and ultimate Frisbee. When I’m stuck indoors (or for something more relaxing), I enjoy cooking and baking or just hanging out and reading a good book.

Favorite memory from College:
It’s hard to choose just one, but I’ll always remember my ultimate Frisbee team winning the intramural championship the spring semester of my senior year. It was such a fun closure in my college career to finally celebrate with my roommates/teammates after two years of coming just short.

What is your favorite hall event?
As the Rec-IM director, I love the opportunity to participate in intramural sports with my residents—it's a great and active way to develop relationships in the hall!
