Wellness and Fitness

Our Medically based Strength For Life Wellness and Fitness Membership programs offer a safe, supportive and non-threatening exercise environment for individuals with varying levels of wellness needs. Our knowledgeable, degreed and certified staff design, oversee and perform individual and group programs, memberships, wellness assessments and consulting, classes and personal training that all promote functional independence and lifelong fitness by improving balance, mobility, strength, and endurance. 

The Wellness Center helps our community members remain healthy and active through wellness memberships, wellness classes, wellbeing seminars and more. As an alternative to traditional chain fitness clubs, we provide a 6,000-square foot, state-of-the-art, medically-oriented fitness facility with cutting-edge strength training equipment and personable, educated trainers.

  • we engage and leverage our members’ entire wellness care team as a medically-based wellness facility, from general practitioners to physical therapists, massage therapists to acupuncturists.
