On-campus Employers
Gordon manages student job postings with Handshake. If you already have a Handshake account, you can log in here to post your position. If you do not have a Handshake account, email [email protected] to get an account under Gordon College set up.
Please ensure your job descriptions and pay rates have been approved by Student Employment prior to posting the job to the job board. All new position job descriptions or job descriptions that have been changed in some way, need to be sent to Student Employment for approval prior to being posted on the job board.
Once you have hired a student worker and confirmed that they are appearing on the Eligibility List, fill out a Payroll Authorization Form hiring them for the position.
If the student is not on the Eligibility List, direct them to go the Student Worker New Hire Procedure and follow the instructions there. Please note: Students cannot begin working until all of their new hire forms are complete and have been verified by Student Employment.
