Mary M. Shahian is a Partner at Daintree Advisors, joining the firm in 2010. With over 20 years of experience in wealth management, Mrs. Shahian provides comprehensive investment and financial planning services with the goal of helping clients preserve and grow their wealth.

Prior to joining Daintree Advisors, Mrs. Shahian spent ten years as a Senior Vice President and Investment Manager at Wells Fargo Private Bank (and its predecessors Wachovia Wealth Management and Tanager Financial Services). Prior to her time with Wells Fargo, Mrs. Shahian was an Investment and Client Relationship Manager at Ronald Blue & Company LLC, an Investment Officer at the Bank of Boston and a Portfolio Manager at First Chicago Corporation.

Mrs. Shahian earned an M.B.A. with high distinction from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. She also received an M.Ed in Business Education from Boston University and a B.S. magna cum laude from Salem State College. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, ChFC designation and the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® certification. Mary was named a Five Star Wealth Manager as featured in Boston Magazine over the last six years (2016-2021).

Mrs. Shahian lives in Sudbury with her husband David. They are the parents of three adult children and enjoy skiing, tennis and classical music. She serves on the Board of Directors for Adolescent Consultation Services and is a member of the Finance Committee at Gordon College.
