Expedition Arrival and Departure Form

Please fill out the form below to let us know your arrival and departure plans for the La Vida College Expedition. Please keep the following dates in mind as you fill out the form.

June College Expedition

First Day: June 20
Final Day: July 1

July College Expedition

First Day: July 4
Final Day: July 15

Late July College Expedition

First Day: July 18
Final Day: July 29

August College Expedition

First Day: August 6
Final Day: August 17 (Students who choose to be transported back to Gordon will arrive between 8–9:30 p.m. and will be able to move into their dorms immediately)

When and where should I arrive?

You may choose to arrive at Gordon the night before your trip or the morning the trip starts. Alternatively, you can get picked up along the way at one of our three stops along the way to the NY base camp. If you are flying into Boston, we provide a shuttle from the airport to the Gordon College Campus, and we provide housing that evening.
