4. Complete Precourse Paperwork
Please complete all paperwork listed below by one month prior to your La Vida Expedition.
- Medical Requirement Checklist: La Vida has access to these forms in your Student Portal
- La Vida Expedition Release Forms: Include proof of insurance
- Essential Eligibility Criteria: Full description and explanation here
- Food Form: Allergy and Dietary Need Details: Please only fill this out if you indicated an allergy or food need on your La Vida application.
5. Read our Packing List and gather gear
Review the packing list to see a thorough description of what type of gear is needed. You will also be able to borrow some equipment from the La Vida Base Camp before the start of your expedition.
