Honors at Gordon

Prospective students who demonstrate strong academic aptitude, curiosity, drive and character will be invited to apply to one of four unique honors programs during the admissions process. Each come with a substantial scholarship and consist of a four-year cohort centered around a common theme that reflects a facet of founder A. J. Gordon’s legacy in scholarship, social impact, global leadership and faith.

A. J. Gordon Scholars

$18,000 per year scholarship

Cultivating the curiosity and character of emerging scholars and leaders

Training students for ministry through a five-year dual-degree opportunity

How to apply

Prospective students are invited to apply for these four honors programs during their admissions process.

Application Timeline

  1. Apply to Gordon by December 20 (January 3 for Clarendon) 
  2. Receive an honors application via email, and complete it by January 19
  3. Register to attend Honors Day (January 22 or February 5) or Clarendon Day (February 19), depending on your program(s) of interest.
