Meeting Space

Gordon College facilities can accommodate many different types of functions, from a small group meeting to a large conference of up to 1,000 people and anything in between. Our facilities include classrooms, conference rooms, multipurpose rooms, specialized rooms and auditoriums.

Classrooms

Capacity: 10–88

Classrooms are available for groups with 10–88 people. All classrooms have white or black boards, projectors and AV equipment to hook up a laptop for presentations.

Conference Rooms

Capacity: 15–30

Conference rooms are available around campus and can seat 15–30 people. These rooms are equipped with AV equipment to hook a laptop for presentations.

Multipurpose Rooms

The Chairman's Room

Lecture Capacity: 100
Banquet Capacity: 150 (Standing)

The Chairman's Room is a configurable space that seats 100 people. This space can be set up for a lecture, banquet (round tables with 8 seats) or mixer. This is a beautiful location that overlooks Coy Pond on Gordon's campus.

Specialized Rooms

Capacity: 100–130

Phillips Recital Hall is a beautiful venue that is configurable and can seat up to 130 people. It has a beautiful view of Coy Pond.

Auditoriums

Capacity: 85–1,400

There are auditoriums around campus that can seat between 85 and 1,400 people. These spaces are AV equipped for connecting laptops for presentations. Some locations will require an AV tech support staff to be present.
