WELCOME TO THE CENTER FOR TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (CTS) HELPDESK

The mission of the CTS Helpdesk is to provide centralized support for all campus technology needs and to work collaboratively with faculty, staff and students to explore, design and support effective and appropriate uses of technology in the curriculum.

CTS
helpdesk support includes:

  • Email, network, computer, hardware or system problems, questions or information
  • Blackboard (Gordon's Course Management System)
  • Audio/video editing and development
  • Website and programming requests
  • Media/event setup requests
  • Telecommunication requests including phone and voicemail

Regular School Year Hours (Undergraduate Fall and Spring Semester Only) (excludes May-Summer term):

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:45 a.m.–10 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:45 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Sunday: 6 p.m.–10 p.m.

Off Session hours (Includes May-Summer Undergraduate term and term breaks):

  • Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

How we use computers at Gordon is a telling test of our Christian character as it's a matter of personal responsibility—it is more a privilege than a right. As people use computers and the network at Gordon, the College expects they will do so in ways that are not only lawful and ethical but responsible and courteous as well.
