The Center for Technology Services staff are available to assist you with all of your technology needs, including the following:

  • Audio/video editing and development

  • Account/password problems

  • Blackboard (Gordon's Course Management System)

  • Media/event setup requests

  • Problems/questions/information about Email, network, computer, hardware or system

  • Registering your game device, wireless printer and other non-computer device

  • Campus guests using the guest wireless network

  • Telecommunication requests including phone and voicemail

  • Website and programming requests

  • Creation of new ID cards for students, staff, and faculty

If you are a new student, staff, or faculty member you must go to The CTS Helpdesk to have your Gordon ID card created. If you are in need of a replacement ID card, stop by the CTS Helpdesk and place a request for a new card to be created.
