Support

The Center for Educational Technologies is open 77 hours per week, and CET staff are available to assist you with all of your technology needs.

CET support staff can assist you with:

• Email, network, computer, hardware, or system problems, questions or information
• Blackboard (Gordon's Course Management System)
• Audio/Video editing and development
• Website and programming requests
• Media/event setup requests
• Telecommunication requests including phone and voicemail

In Session Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:45 am - 10 pm
• Friday: 7:45 am - 4:00 pm
• Sunday: 6 pm - 10 pm

Break Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
