- Blackboard (Gordon's Course Management System)
- Audio/video editing and development
- Website and programming requests
- Media/event setup requests
- Telecommunication requests including phone and voicemail

In Session Hours During Undergraduate Fall and Spring Semesters:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:45 a.m.–10 p.m.
- Friday: 7:45 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Sunday: 6 p.m.–10 p.m.
- Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
