Athletics Summer Camps
Student athletes in Gordon’s varsity programs are encouraged to work with the College’s athletic summer camps, teaching the game they love to area youth and growing closer with their teammates.
La Vida Adventure Camp
Joining the La Vida Adventure Camp staff is an incredible opportunity to have fun playing games with kids, growing in leadership, and working in an intentional staff community on Gordon College's campus. Help youth draw meaning out of outdoor adventure experiences, building character, positive self-identity, and a commitment to care in serving others.
La Vida Adventure Pursuits / Rock Gym
Adventure Pursuits leaders working with teams of two to ten staff to facilitate half day, whole day, and two-day overnight adventure experiences for schools, churches, and youth programs.
La Vida College Expeditions
Working for La Vida's wilderness expedition program as a sherpa or support staff member is an exciting and rewarding adventure that develops growth in both leaders and participants.
Orientation
The Orientation Staff is a group of exceptional students who welcome new students and families to Gordon each fall. This group of 60–80 volunteers do everything from running the programs to guiding an “O-Crew” of 8–12 first-year students or transfers. Few groups on campus are more diverse, and none have more fun in such a concentrated period of time as the O-Staff do. Contact Josh Wymore for more information.
