Paperwork for Gordon Students

College Expeditions participants can find on this page various forms to assist them in enrolling and preparing for their trip.

The first step for currently enrolled college participants is to register for the PE016 La Vida expedition of their choice. If you are planning to enter Gordon College as a freshman or transfer then please contact the La Vida Center to start your La Vida Expedition registration process.

The paperwork required by the La Vida Center for all participants includes the Application, Authorization to Release Medical History and the Risk and Assumption of Risk Forms. A Confirmation Form is also required and is found on the last page of the Announcements packet specific to each trip (May, June and August).

The other items on this page are informational to assist you in preparing for your trip. The Equipment List is updated yearly and is applicable to May, June and August Expeditions. The Kayak/Canoe Supplement is useful for those needing to adapt the general Equipment List to the items best required for water activities. The Airport Pickup document is for those participants arriving from out of state to Boston's Logan Airport the evening before their trip starts.
