Wai-Kwong is CEO, Asia Pacific for State Street.  He's also a member of the firm's Management Committee, the company’s most senior strategy and policy-making team. In addition, he's chairman of the Investment Committee of the Singapore Police Force’s pension fund. He was previously CFO of the Singapore Exchange.
