Graduate School & Corporate Recruitment Fair
Each September the Career Services hosts 40–50 graduate and professional school admissions representatives from across the country and abroad. With alumni surveys indicating that 17–26% of Gordon students go directly to graduate school after graduating and approximately 70% of graduates complete or enroll in graduate programs within five years of their graduation, the Fair is an important opportunity for students/alumni as they plan for further study or for “life after Gordon”. For Fall 2012, the Career Serivces Office is offering an expanded format of the fair to include top companies and organizations interested in recruiting Gordon students and alumni.

Connections: A Student-Alumni Event
Through a collaborative effort between the Career Services and the Alumni and Parent Relations Offices, this career exploration fair brings Gordon College alumni to campus to share with students about their career journey. Alumni answer your questions about transitioning from being a student to a professional, entering specific career fields and the qualifications needed, company culture and career advancement, and give tips for how you can prepare yourself while still in college to enter a particular field or gain admission to graduate school.
