Housing and Meals Reservations

Air-conditioned apartment-style on campus housing is available for summer workshop participants in Tavilla Hall for the following rates:

$65 per night: single occupancy | private bedroom within shared apartment suite
$55 per night: double occupancy | two occupants per bedroom within shared apartment suite (same gender only)

The residence hall is within short walking distance to all workshop programming locations.

2019 SUMMER CAMPUS HOUSING RESERVATIONS

HOUSING
Guests in on campus housing for Graduate Music Summer Term programming are housed in Tavilla Residence Hall. All rooms are air-conditioned, apartment style suites with private bedrooms and shared common bathroom, kitchenette and living area.

Double and single occupancy is available (same gender only). Linens are provided, but occupant is responsible for their own kitchen supplies such as cookware, plates and utensils.

MEALS
Meal plan reservations are recommended for all guests who are staying in campus housing. Breakfast and dinner service will be available in Lane Student Center. For lunch, participants may submit their daily menu selections for boxed lunches using the navigation menu link on the left. Campus dining halls are not available during the lunch hour.

Meal plan rates are determined by the number of days in your designated graduate music summer term program.

PAYMENT
Payment for housing and meal plan reservations is due upon arrival at registration in Phillips Music Center on the first day of your program. The College does not accept credit cards for payment of housing and meal reservations; please make checks payable to Gordon College.
