Dan Kuzmak grew up in Connecticut, and currently resides in North Grafton, Massachusetts. He graduated from Gordon College in 1974 with a BA in Economics, and received his MBA from the University of Connecticut in 1976.
Dan has over 40 years of experience in corporate environments, having held senior roles in finance and operations. With experience in both large public as well as smaller privately held companies, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to the table relative to the challenges facing the corporate professional today.
Positions held by Dan prior to his retirement include CEO of Quench USA, Group VP of Finance of Terex, CFO of Ionics, and CFO of ABB U.S. Dan has attended leadership programs at the IMD Switzerland, Duke University, and Motorola.
Leisure activities include biking, boating, and skiing. Dan and his wife Darlene have been instrumental in two church start-ups, and currently worship at a local non-denominational congregation.
Darlene Kuzmak grew up in upstate New York and currently resides in North Grafton, Massachusetts. She graduated from Gordon College in 1974 with a BA in history, and a minor in secondary education.
Following graduation, Darlene worked at an architectural firm, a personnel agency, and later at Ellington High School, in Connecticut. There she distinguished herself by leading the women’s field hockey team to a state championship.
Darlene has a passion for engaging people in God’s Word. This evolved into a 23-year association with Community Bible Study (CBS), where she served as Associate Teaching Director, Area Director, Regional Director, and helped establish a national leadership development program as Director of Leadership Resources. In 2006, Darlene received the Jack Good Community Service award for her service with CBS.

Jessie Saintcyr is the Principal/Owner of Saintcyr Consulting, a management consulting company specializing in leadership development and HR solutions and providing expert guidance on diversity and inclusion strategies, complex employee relations issues, and investigations.
Ms. Saintcyr brings 20 years of executive-level HR and employment law experience across various industries, including government, higher education, and financial services.
Before Saintcyr Consulting, Ms. Saintcyr served as a Massachusetts state official under Governor Charles Baker and Treasurer Steve Grossman’s administrations. In 2015, Ms. Saintcyr received a citation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for her distinguished service.
Saintcyr is a 2002 graduate of Gordon College. Subsequently, she went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. Ms. Saintcyr also holds certificates for Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination Train-the-Trainer Program and Cornell University for Diversity and Inclusion.
Ms. Saintcyr is a native of Massachusetts and currently resides in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area of Texas.
Erina is the founder of a plant-based energy bite and company called Bliss Bites, and is a special correspondent for a local public media organization as well as a social impact consultant.
She has a background in professional education and talent development for social enterprise management and impact investing for racial equity and environmental sustainability. Erina was formerly the Associate Director at the Social Impact Lab at Lynn University and the Founding Social Impact Programs Director at the Middlebury Institute for International Studies. She is passionate about wellness and cultivating connection through food.
