Gordon's Financial Literacy Program

For most students, college is a significant financial investment. Gordon College is committed to empowering our students to manage this investment wisely. Our financial literacy program provides the opportunity to learn the basics of personal finance—including budgeting, protecting against identity theft, and managing student loan repayment.

Gordon has partnered with American Student Assistance’s SALT program to facilitate this initiative. SALT is a dynamic web-based financial literacy and debt management tool that educates and engages students to truly own their finances. The program makes it easy and fun to make smart decisions about personal finance and student loans. After graduation, SALT members have access to experienced loan counselors for advice on loan repayment options.
