Our Vision

Our Vision: At The Refill, we aim to provide a spiritual rhythm for the Gordon community through recurring worship and prayers during the week. We want a community that is cultivated as each person increasingly comes in alignment with the heartbeat of Christ. Our vision is divided into three pillars: Rhythm, Heartbeat of Christ, and Harmonize with Heaven

We aim to provide space and time for our community to experience the unforced rhythms of grace that Jesus has for us.

"Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.”
- Matthew 11:28-20 The Message

Our primary focus is ministering to the heart of God. Through worship and prayer, we come in alignment with His heart. Fostering intimacy as we receive a clearer picture of our Kingdom objectives.

“They will be my people, and I will be their God. And I will give them one heart and one purpose: to worship me forever..."
- Jeremiah 32:38-41 NLT

Our Gordon community houses so many different cultures and traditions, and as we honor each of them we begin to harmonize with heaven a beautiful chorus of every nation, tribe, and tongue.

“After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and tongue, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb.”
- Revelation 7:9 NLT

Honoring the legacy of A. J. Gordon

“Honor the Holy Ghost as Master of assemblies; study much the secret of surrender to him; cultivate a quick ear for hearing his inward voice and a ready tongue for speaking his audible witness; be submissive to keep silence when he forbids as well as to speak when he commands, and we shall learn how much better is God's way of conducting the worship of his house than man's way.”
