Group Supplemental Retirement Annuity
A supplemental 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (TDA) Plan offers opportunities for pre-tax contributions to employees scheduled to work at least 1000 hours per year. (No age limit). 

Retirement Health Solutions
The Retirement Health Solutions Program provides unique benefits for employees who retire from Gordon College. Its innovative design features:

  • Health Accounts–A tax-advantaged way to invest and accumulate assets to help meet medical expenses in retirement, with investment choices and administrative services.
  • Health Insurance Options–A specially designed health insurance program for retirees and their dependents that complements Medicare.
  • Reimbursement Benefit–An innovative, tax-free way to pay for other qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses.

Employees may make their own post-tax contributions to this plan as early as age 25. Funds are invested  and used in retirement for reimbursement of medical expenses including premiums for supplemental medical insurance.
