Tuition Remission for Dependents
Tuition discounts are available for the spouse and dependent children of full-time employees. Tuition remission for undergraduate courses is as follows:

Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary
Under an agreement with Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Gordon College employees and their spouses may take Seminary courses tuition-free. Faculty are eligible upon hire; staff members are required to have completed four years of full-time service at Gordon.

Tuition Exchange
The College participates in two tuition exchange programs: CCCU TWEP (Council for Christian Colleges and Universities Tuition Waiver Exchange Program) and CCC DEP (Christian College Consortium Dependent Exchange Program).
