Professor Jacobs teaches International Relations, American Foreign Policy, and International Political Economy. He received his M.A. from the University of Georgia and his Ph.D. from the University of Nevada, Reno. His research interests include international trade disputes and the political dynamics of bilateral investment treaties. Professor Jacobs has published in "The Journal of World Trade", "Transnational Corporations Review", and "e-International Relations", and he advises Gordon’s Model UN, College Republicans, and College Democrats clubs.
