PLEASE NOTE: Your name must be on the rsvp list of expected attendees for the Graduate Student Breakfast Reception. Please submit the following planning form by May 1, 2014 in order to attend the event. Each Graduate student may invite up to 2 guests only, due to space limitations. RSVPs received after May 1 cannot be guaranteed.
