Equip exists to provide space for high school students to explore what they believe, why they believe it, and how to best live that out in the world. The Equip schedule is designed to incorporate each of these elements.

Arrival – 9 a.m. Introduction to Fellow Equippers with La Vida Team-Building
Session: Explore the question of "What Is Theology?" with Dr. Sharon Ketcham, Professor of Theology and Christian Ministries at Gordon College
TUESDAY, JUNE 25
Session: "Social Media, Technology and Innovation" interactive workshop with Dr. Russ Tuck, Professor of Computer Science at Gordon College and former Google Software Engineering Manager influential in launching Gmail.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26
Session: "Creation Care" workshop and outdoor adventure with Dorothy Boorse, Professor of Biology at Gordon College
THURSDAY, JUNE 27
Session: "Social Justice, Urban Ministry, and the Arts" workshop and worship night with Caleb Mooney-McCoy, singer/songwriter and Development Manager at the Emmanuel Gospel Center in Boston
FRIDAY, JUNE 28
Session: "Be Here Now"
High Ropes Course in the Gordon Woods with Abby Stroven, Senior Director of La Vida

Tom is a graduate of The University of Georgia (BA), Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M.Div.), The University of Edinburgh (Th.M.) and is completing a Ph.D. in Homiletics at The London School of Theology and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Director of Discipleship
Lauren is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College (BA) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where she received her MA in Counseling. She brings to her role at Gordon College a fusion of spiritual formation and psychology and a passion for inspiring others to pursue an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
