Who is Equip for?
Equip is for any high school students who seek to deepen their Christian faith and prepare for thriving in life and college, from those entering their freshman year of high school to those entering their freshman year of college in the 2019/2020 school year.

Where is Equip held?
Equip is hosted by Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts. Gordon is just north of Boston and is minutes from the Atlantic Ocean on a beautiful 450-acre New England campus.

When is Equip 2019?
June 24–28, 2019. Equip will begin at 9 a.m. on Monday, June 24 and will conclude at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, June 28. 

When is the Equip registration deadline?
Registration will close June 15, or when we reach 40 students. Act fast - there are only a few spots left!

How much does Equip cost?
The weeklong Equip experience costs $750. Need-based financial aid is available on a case-by-case basis. Please email with questions.

(Equip alumni who choose to attend Gordon College will receive a $500 scholarship toward their first year of tuition.)

What does the cost include?

If I cancel my Equip registration will my payment be refunded?
Yes, but your refund is contingent upon the date that you cancel. If you cancel before June 15, 2019, you will receive all of your money back except for $100 nonrefundable deposit. If you cancel after June 15, 2019, then none of your payment will be refunded.

Who are the Equip Summer Staff?
Equip Summer Staff are a carefully selected group of Gordon College students who love Jesus and are gifted student ministry leaders. In addition, Gordon’s Chaplain, Tom Haugen and Director of Discipleship, Lauren Becker will be present during the entire Equip experience.

How do I arrange transportation to and from Equip?
The Equip team will only provide transportation to and from Logan International Airport. Make sure you indicate this on the registration form. If you have already submitted your registration form, please email .

What are the best times to arrive at and to depart from Logan Airport for Equip?
Students flying into Logan International Airport are encouraged to arrive in the evening on June 23 and depart in the morning or early afternoon on June 29 in order to attend the entirety of Equip 2019. There will be an extra cost of $30 per night. Please email  with questions.

How are students housed?
Students will be housed in an on-campus suite-style residence for underclassmen. Students will have one–two roommates. Floors are separated by gender, so there will be no co-ed floors.

What do I need to bring?

  • Sheets, blanket and towel will be provided
  • Casual dress (shorts and t-shirts)
  • Bathing suit and beach towel
  • Comfortable footwear
  • Raincoat
  • Sweatshirt or lightweight fleece
  • Sunscreen and bug spray
  • Toiletries
  • Bible (you will be given a journal)
  • Pen
  • Optional spending money for Gordon College Bookstore (snacks, clothing, etc.)
