Craig is a senior advisor to C-suite executives and a board member with over 25 years of experience as a senior executive and management consultant. He managed and executed large-scale transformation and operations programs that included information technology implementations and on-going execution. Craig had more than a 15-year tenure as a Partner with Deloitte Consulting where he led large-scale technology engagements and held various leadership roles in Deloitte’s technology practice, Federal Government market, and Practice Development in Asia, Europe and South America. 

Craig’s client engagements include interim roles as Chief Information Officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA and Vice President of Anthem's Global Supply Chain function for technology and business process services. He has extensive experience leading international project teams of more than 3,000 staff with Fortune 100 clients in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Health Plan, Hi-tech, Life Sciences/Bio-tech industries and at US Federal Government Cabinet-level Agencies. During his career with Deloitte, he pioneered innovative transformation delivery efforts with some of the firm’s largest engagements across the US, South America, Europe and Asia. He also spearheaded the development of Deloitte’s Outsourcing Advisory practice, performed Vendor Management engagements for clients, and led IT Service Management assessments including IT business relationship governance and management, demand management and service maturity. In addition, Craig was an active member of the US firm’s National Quality and Risk Management Advisory Board for more than five years. 

Prior to joining Deloitte, Craig had over a decade of experience with HP/EDS where he was the President of the HP/EDS Utilities Industry Group and held various leadership roles in sales and marketing, finance, and applications & infrastructure outsourcing. Craig has significant management consulting, technology transformation, systems integration, and executive management experience.
