At the Center for Balance, Mobility and Wellness, we remain passionate about keeping our clients safe, strong and independent for daily activities. During this time apart, we’re ramping up our virtual wellness offerings so you can move more despite these challenging times. Even though we can’t serve you in person, we’re still supporting you remotely! We hope these videos provide you with great ideas on how to keep moving!
