Staff Application

We are now hiring for 2015 staff positions. Job opportunities include:

  • Adventure Counselor
  • Activity Specialist: Canoeing, Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Rock Gym, Ropes Course, Nature Explorers
  • Counselor in Training Program Director
  • Food Manager/Staff Cook
  • Assistant Director
  • Camp Photographer

Initial Staff Application Deadline: February 13, 2015

Applications received prior to the deadline will be given equal consideration. At the deadline, offers will be extended and positions will begin filling. Applications will still be accepted after the deadline as long as positions remain open. If the application is still up, positions remain available. These applications will be considered individually when they are received.

We like to offer some of our staff members the opportunity to rotate between being counselors and activity specialists. If you are interested in splitting your summer between these roles, please make note of it on your application.

After completing the application below, have three people who are familiar with your work, ministry and character fill out a reference form. La Vida does not accept references from family members, roommates, or friends. Returning staff do not need to turn in recommendation forms IF they had references the previous summer. All returning staff should fill out the returning staff application (found via the link to the left).
