PERSONAL

Professor Howard is married to Agnes R. Howard, who also teaches at Gordon College. They have 3 children—Elizabeth, Hannah and Benjamin—and live in Georgetown, Massachusetts. Outside the study and classroom, Professor Howard enjoys kayeking, playing basketball, traveling and throwing frisbees to his dog, Shiloh.
