Air Quality

Gordon has adopted indoor air quality management practices that include regular auditing or monitoring and a mechanism for occupants to register complaints.

At Gordon, the following indoor air guidelines are followed:

  • Fresh air is provided according to ASHRAE standards.
  • HVAC filters are being replaced according to recommendations.
  • Gordon’s work order system is being used to register any complaints.
  • Custodial and mechanical staff respond when remediation and adjustments are necessary.
