Parent Relations

September 2008

Dear Parents-

Whether you are a first-time parent of a college/Gordon student or have been in the Gordon community for a year or more already, I extend greetings from all of us in the Parent Relations Office. Our number one responsibility and opportunity is to create and maintain strong connections between the College and parents as well as to help parents connect with each other. So we are eager for the good communication essential for that. Our monthly e-newsletter is one form of communication from us to you about past and upcoming events sponsored by this office and/or the College for parents and alumni, and about the people and programs of Gordon.

Everyone benefits when each member of this community has a clear, accurate understanding of what Gordon is all about. If you ever hear or see something at or about Gordon that surprises or concerns you I encourage you to get more information--to clarify whether that really is something that truly reflects the College's intentions. I welcome you to use me and this office as part of that information gathering.

Best wishes for a wonderful year-
