Nominator Form

Compass Nominator Form

The Nominator Form is to be completed by the person nominating the student for the program. Every student applying for the program needs to have a nominator. A nominator should be a pastor or other church leader who knows the student well enough to speak to his or her suitability for the program.

PLEASE NOTE: This form requires the online portion and responses to essay prompts which are submitted separately. These should be attached to an email and sent to compass@gordon.edu. The subject line should include the applicant's name along with the name of the form (ex: "John Doe Nominator Form").
