Professor Jacobs teaches world politics, international relations theory, and American foreign policy. He received his B.A. from Presbyterian College, his M.A. from the University of Georgia, and his Ph.D. from the University of Nevada, Reno. Professor Melkonian-Hoover teaches Latin American Politics, Developing Nations, and Women and Politics. She received her B.A. from Biola University and her M.A. and Ph.D degrees from Emory University.
