Outlook 2011

CONFIGURING OUTLOOK 2011 FOR LIVE@EDU

Please follow these instructions for connecting Microsoft Outlook 2011 to the Live@EDU system.

  1. Launch Outlook
  2. On the welcome screen, check the box "Make Outlook the default application for e-mail, calendar, and contacts."
  3. Click "Add Account"
  4. Select "Exchange Account"
  5. For e-mail address, enter your Gordon e-mail address
  6. For user name, enter your Gordon e-mail adress again (including @gordon.edu)
  7. For password, enter your Gordon password
  8. Make sure "Configure automatically" box is checked
  9. Click "Add Account"
  10. If you are prompted that "Outlook was redirected to the server autodiscover-s.outlook.com to get new settings for your account..." check "Always use my response for this server" and click ALLOW
  11. Outlook will configure your account automatically.
