The mission of the CTS Helpdesk is to provide centralized support for all campus technology needs and to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students to explore, design, and support effective and appropriate uses of technology in the curriculum.
CTS Helpdesk support includes
Email, network, computer, hardware/system problems, questions, and information
Blackboard (Gordon's Learning Management System)
Media/event setup requests
Password related issues

Regular School Year Hours
Undergraduate fall/spring semester only
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 a.m.–10 p.m.
Friday: 7:45 a.m.–6 p.m.
Sunday: 6 p.m.–10 p.m.
Off Session Hours
May–Summer undergraduate term and term breaks
Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

How we use computers at Gordon is a telling test of our Christian character as it's a matter of personal responsibility—it is more a privilege than a right. As people use computers and the network at Gordon, the College expects they will do so in ways that are not only lawful and ethical but responsible and courteous as well.
