Vehicle Registration Form

Vehicle Registration Application

Welcome to the Gordon College Online Vehicle Registration System! By submitting the form below, you are registering your vehicle for the 2023-24 school year.

It is very important that your PLATE, GORDON USERNAME (first.last), and GORDON ID# are entered accurately.

Once your registration application is submitted, you are free to park on campus, but you must park only in lots/areas authorized for your registration status (see below for a complete explanation). Your parking sticker will be delivered to your campus mailbox, typically within one week (or one week from the start of classes if you are registering prior to the start of the semester).

2023-24 VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEES :
The annual vehicle registration fee for undergraduate students is $284. After you submit this form, the fee will be applied to your student account, and you may pay it using the normal methods available for paying college charges and fees. The fee for graduate students is included already as part of your course fees, and there is no charge for faculty and staff members who are not also undergraduate students. NOTE: If you are registering a car after January 1 (and you did not have it on campus during the fall semester), you will only be charged for the spring semester ($142.00). If you are bringing your car to campus for only one quad, contact Gordon Police to inquire about a reduced rate.

WHERE YOU MAY PARK:
1. First-year and Sophomore Students may park in the Woodland Parking Lot only.
2. Resident Students (Junior or Senior) may park in lots with no posted restrictions (Hill Lot, Ferrin Lot, Grace Lot, Woodland Lot). Resident students may NOT park in: Chapel Lot, Olsen Lot, Lower Lot, Plant Lot, BCA Lot, Bennett Lot.
3. Commuter Students may park in lots with no posted restrictions (see #2 above) and in lots specifically posted as available to commuters (check signs at lot entrances). Commuters may NOT park in: Olsen Lot and Bennett Lot.
4. Graduate Students may park in any areas not specifically posted as restricted to faculty, staff or other individuals.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING: Please note that several lots are marked on their entrance sign as "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING." These lots are closed from 2:00am to 6:00am daily, all year. Please see website for details.

A detailed description of parking regulations and restrictions is available on the GO site here:

By requesting the permit, you are affirming that you understand you are restricted to the Woodland lot at all times, and that you will be responsible for all fines incurred for parking on the main campus. We encourage you to carefully consider whether this parking limitation will truly fit your parking needs before requesting this option.
