Dr. Carrie D. Tibbles

Carrie D. Tibbles, M.D., a native of Maine, graduated from Gordon College in 1993 with a degree in biology and psychology. She attended medical school at Boston University and completed residency training in emergency medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

After residency training, Carrie joined the emergency medicine faculty at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where she is currently the associate director of Graduate Medical Education and the associate director of the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency Program. An expert in women’s health and medical education, she is an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School.  

Carrie, her husband Michael, and their three boys, live in Lexington, Massachusetts, where they attend Grace Chapel.
